We have had numerous Creative Photographers, Production Houses and Businesses rent our Studio space for their Video & Photo sessions. Our Professional Photo Studio is available for all your photo & media production needs; be it fashion shoots / interviews / video seminars / online workshops.

In order to cater to different requirements, we have set up various rental options pertaining to time allocation, equipment rental, professional lighting consultancy and other factors.

Terms and Conditions

The rental time is calculated from Entry to Exit and not the actual start time of the shoot.
Booking time ends 10 minutes before the end of the reservation. The remaining time should be used to dissemble any equipment and return the studio as received.
Studio Rental for Video is ideal only for Talking Heads or 1-2 person Interviews.
Studio Rental for Video includes only Space. Booker to communicate with Studio Director if they require equipment and what kind is required based on the nature of their shoots.
Additional Hours will be charged 10 minutes before the closing of the hour if the shoot is not wound up.
In the case of individual Photographers, they will need to have valid experience with Studio shoots. Profile approval may be required.
Studio rental hours can be extended if the studio is free after the allotted time. You can extend the rental time at AED350/hour
Towards the end of the rental time, the premises must be put in order and all props must be handed over. Any waste material generated during a shoot (balloons, party poppers, snow, etc) must be removed before the end of the rental period for the shooting pavilion, or a cleaning fee of AED150 will be charged.
The Studio is not obliged to extend booking time due to clients being tardy or for circumstances not directly created by the studio.
Damage of equipment or property due to negligence will incur additional charges and penalties.
Any balance payment is due on the day of the rental.
Studio360 is not obliged to provide any props or services other than that what was quoted and invoiced for. Please check with the Studio Director before utilizing an additional resource.
In case of change of date, Booker will have to let us know no later than 48 hours from the date of rental.
Advanced booking fee will be nullified if the booking is cancelled or rescheduled a day before the said date. The advance will be considered as a cancelation fee, as the slot was kept 100% for the purpose of the Booker as per their request.
The session time will have to be strictly maintained to not collide with other bookings.
The Booker is responsible for the space, leased equipment, and safety of their crew during the rental period.
Studio360 reserves the right to reject any booking request.
There is zero tolerance to smoking and vaping within the premises.
Client should ensure everyone is in their best health while using the Studio.
Studio360 is not obliged to provide pro rata rates based on previous estimates.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide Studio Rental on an Hourly basis?

Yes. Hourly rental can be arranged. The slots will have to be booked and paid for in advance. Booker should plan ahead to arrive at the booked time.

Can I split the booking into multiple days?

Sorry. Our rates have been optimized based on photography session times. It cannot be split across multiple days. This is applicable to both Photo & Video Studio rentals

Do I need to book or have an appointment or can I walk in?

Studio rental is only available with advance bookings. Walk in is generally not entertained as you may be walking into another person's booking slot.

How many Zones are included in the Studio Rental?

Each studio rental package includes only 1x Zone which is the Studio Zone. The 2nd Zone is available at an additional fee for shoots.

I would like to arrive earlier to prepare for the shoot. Is that possible?

Booking time is generally from Entry to Exit. Certain areas of the studio would be used by other parties prior to your booking time. Please plan ahead and contact the Studio Director to book extra hours if needed.

I would like to get some add-ons but will decide on the day of the shoot. Is that possible?

Sure. You can contact the Studio Director in advance and explain what is it you need. We can then make appropriate suggestions on what is available and what has to be arranged in addition.

Do you have Props available in your studio?

We have some furniture and Bar stools available. However it completely depends on the nature of your shoot. Please discuss with the Studio Director in advance.

Can I shoot a Music Video in your studio?

Yes and No. Depends on the type of music video and equipment required. If the shots are closeups and mid-length then Yes. If it requires full-length and dolly camera shots, then most likely not. Please discuss with the Studio Director in advance for clarifications.

Can I record a podcast in your studio?

Sure. The Studio will have to be set up based on your liking. Podcast setups can be something simple with just a white background or sitting with a table. Please discuss with Studio Director in advance for clarifications.

Do you have Natural Light in your studio?

Yes we do have large Panoramic picturesque windows on the Right that lets in plenty of sunlight and stronger during the afternoons. Please discuss with Studio Director for further clarifications.
